Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the edges for easy removal later.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt until well combined.
Gently fold in the crushed sugar cookies and colorful sprinkles, reserving a small handful of sprinkles for topping later.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
In a small bowl, gently warm the white frosting in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds until it’s pourable. Drizzle the frosting over the fudge and use a knife to create a marbled effect if desired.
Finish by sprinkling the reserved sprinkles on top for a festive touch.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.
Notes
For a more colorful appearance, use a variety of sprinkles.
