Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 strips of bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced onion

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 package of crescent roll dough

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan.

Brown Beef: In the same skillet, add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the browned beef, cooked bacon, diced pickles, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Prepare Crescent Roll Dough: On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Assemble Roll-Ups: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough around the filling tightly until the point is tucked underneath, forming a roll-up.

Bake: Arrange the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve: Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly, then serve with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
