Ingredients

1 medium head of green cabbage

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into wedges, keeping the core intact to hold the wedges together.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Brush each cabbage wedge generously with the olive oil mixture on all sides.

Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cabbage wedges for a cheesy crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cabbage is tender.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
