Ingredients
Β Β

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, zested and juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried dill (or fresh dill for garnish)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
Β

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Lay out 4 sheets of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long each, on a flat surface.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dried dill to create the lemon garlic sauce.

Place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil.

Arrange a portion of asparagus around each salmon fillet.

Drizzle the lemon garlic sauce generously over the salmon and asparagus.

Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus to create a sealed packet. Make sure it is tightly sealed to hold in the juices.

Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully unwrap the foil packets (watch out for steam) and transfer the salmon and asparagus to serving plates.

Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges before serving.

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon and asparagus directly in the opened foil packets for a rustic look, or carefully plate the contents for a more elegant presentation, adding a few lemon slices for color.
