Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 slices beef bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (10 pieces)

Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped beef bacon until crispy. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

In the same skillet, add the ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Mix the crispy beef bacon and shredded cheddar cheese into the cooked ground beef until well combined.

On a clean surface, flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a circle about ¼ inch thick.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.

Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

                      Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 10
