Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Biscuits: Roll out each biscuit dough piece on a lightly floured surface to make it larger and thinner.

Fill the Dough: Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling, pinching the edges to seal it well. You want to create a ball shape.

Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Apply Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the bombs with the beaten egg for a golden finish. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra crunch and flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. They can be accompanied by your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.
