Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

On a clean surface, lightly flour the area and open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough. Separate the dough into 8 individual biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit into a round shape, and take about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Ensure there are no openings so the filling doesn't escape while baking.

Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down. Optionally, brush the tops with a little oil and sprinkle sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit tops are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
