Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juicy flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil for grilling

Instructions

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a pan, brush a little olive oil on it to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overhandle the meat.

Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties, slightly larger than the size of your tortillas since they'll shrink slightly while cooking.

Grill the Patties: Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Warm the Tortillas: While the burgers are grilling, place the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side to warm them up; this makes them easier to wrap.

Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, add a layer of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickles. Place one cheeseburger patty in the center of each tortilla. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the patties to taste.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

Grill the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill for another 2-3 minutes to crisp up the exterior. Flip once halfway through for even grilling.

Serve: Remove from the grill and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps with a side of crispy sweet potato fries or fresh fruit salad. Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley for added color.
