1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder
