Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) of Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Open the can of biscuits and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a disc by hand or with a rolling pin.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit disc.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit up and over the cheese filling, pinch to seal tightly, and roll into a ball. Ensure there are no leaks.

Dip each cheese bomb into the melted butter, coating well. You can use a brush to ensure they are fully covered.

Place the cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and brush the tops with any remaining melted garlic butter.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 biscuits

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve warm, stacked high on a platter with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy these cheesy delights fresh from the oven!
