In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
To prepare the wonton cups, lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing it down gently to fit the shape.
Bake the wonton wrappers for about 5-7 minutes until they start to turn golden and crispy.
Remove the baked wonton cups from the oven and fill each cup with the buffalo chicken mixture. Top each filled cup with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
