Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper to create a garlic butter mixture.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand.

Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese to fully enclose it and carefully roll it into a ball.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball in the garlic butter mixture, making sure it's fully coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Once all the balls are on the sheet, brush any remaining garlic butter on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the biscuits have risen.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a touch of color and serve warm.
