Ingredients

12 large pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta shells for 7-8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the shredded chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the chicken is heated through and evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream and Alfredo sauce. Add half of the sauce mixture into the chicken mixture and stir to combine.

Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the Cajun chicken mixture, and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Once all shells are filled and arranged in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, ensuring all shells are evenly coated.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the stuffed shells.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley.

                        Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 50 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the stuffed shells on a large platter; drizzle any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
