3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Begin by patting the steak cubes dry with a paper towel; this helps achieve a great sear. Season generously with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning, ensuring all sides are coated well.

    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted and bubbling, add half of the steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is about 130°F/54°C).

      Remove the cooked steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate. Add the remaining butter into the skillet.
