Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 (6 oz) salmon fillets

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked rice or pasta (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Seafood: In a bowl, toss the shrimp and salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.

Sear the Salmon: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside with the salmon.

Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add Cream and Seasoning: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.

Combine: Return the shrimp and salmon back to the skillet with the garlic cream sauce, gently stirring to coat. Cook for an additional minute just to warm the seafood through.

Serve: Serve the Cajun shrimp and salmon over cooked rice or pasta, drizzling extra garlic cream sauce on top.

                Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a wedge of lemon on the side for an added pop of color. Enjoy your spicy and creamy seafood feast!
