2 ripe avocados

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved (or diced mozzarella)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cut each avocado in half and carefully remove the pit. Scoop out a small amount of flesh from each half to create a larger cavity for stuffing (you can reserve this for later use in a smoothie or salad).
