4 large carrots, grated

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil
