Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup pickles, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

12 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the pickles, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both side corners, and roll tightly to seal, sealing the top edge with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot (about 350°F), gently add the egg rolls, a few at a time, and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Using tongs, carefully remove the egg rolls and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 6 (2 egg rolls each)

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheeseburger egg rolls with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping. Arrange them on a platter and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a pop of color. Enjoy!
