1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 egg roll wrappers

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

Oil for frying

Optional: Ketchup and mustard for dipping

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

      Season the Mixture: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined.

        Add Cheese: Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly distributed. Let the mixture cool slightly.

          Fill the Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture on the wrapper.

            Roll the Egg Roll: Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Use a dab of water to seal the top corner. Repeat until all the filling is used.

              Heat Oil: In a deep pot or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

                Fry the Egg Rolls: Carefully place a few egg rolls in the hot oil at a time, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

                  Prepare Serving: Slice the egg rolls in half and serve warm with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and optional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
