Ingredients

1 lb frozen fries (crinkle cut or steak fries)

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup American cheese, shredded

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

Fresh lettuce, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Fries: Preheat the oven and cook the frozen fries according to the package instructions until golden brown and crispy. This usually takes about 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven and brand of fries.

Prepare the Beef: While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spatula. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, around 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Add Cheese: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar and American cheese until melted and gooey. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Loaded Fries: Once your fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer them on a large serving platter. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture generously over the fries.

Add Toppings: Top with diced tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and drizzle with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.

Garnish and Serve: Finish with a handful of fresh lettuce for color and freshness. Serve immediately while the fries are hot and crispy.
