Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough

16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries) for topping

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Unroll the first can of crescent roll dough and lay it flat at the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated. Lastly, add the sour cream and mix until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll crust in the baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the cream cheese layer, pinching any seams together.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes.

Before serving, top with fresh berries for added flavor and color. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
