Ingredients

10 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced (red or green)

8 ounces ribeye steak, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they become soft.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned and cooked through.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Reduce heat to low, then add the cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss gently to combine everything.

Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the mixture. Cover and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Once the cheese is gooey and delicious, stir everything together and remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
