Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, for about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and gooey. Remove the skillet from heat.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit from the can. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Bring the edges of the biscuit dough together and pinch to seal, ensuring there are no gaps. Roll gently to form a ball.

Place the biscuit bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then scatter chopped parsley on top for garnish.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8
