Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup salsa (optional, for serving)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.

Mix the Cheeses: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a portion of the beef and cheese mixture in the center and add a few spinach leaves on top. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with all tortillas.

Cook the Roll-Ups: In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Once all roll-ups are cooked, slice them in half diagonally. Serve warm with a side of salsa if desired.
