2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup rice (white or brown, uncooked)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Rice: In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.

          Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of the casserole.

            Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
