Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, chopped spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a tortilla in the skillet, and on one half of the tortilla, spoon a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture.

Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling and press down gently with a spatula. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, until golden brown and crispy.

Carefully flip the wrap over and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side, until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden.

Remove from skillet and repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Cut each wrap into halves or quarters and serve warm.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a decorative platter, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, and a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
