Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Olive oil for cooking

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes, then shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Cheesy Garlic Mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of fresh spinach leaves onto each tortilla, then spoon an even amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto the center of each wrap. Top with diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

Heat the Wraps: In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and heat over medium-low heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and cut the wraps in half diagonally before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a wooden board or a colorful plate, accompanied by a small bowl of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Decorate with additional basil leaves for a pop of color!
