1 cup cooked ham, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

    Prepare the Croissants: Arrange the bite-sized croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.

      Add Ham and Cheese: Scatter the diced ham over the croissant pieces. Next, sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly across the top.

        Mix the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.

          Combine: Pour the egg mixture over the croissant, ham, and cheese layers, ensuring that everything is coated evenly.

            Soak: Allow the mixture to sit for about 15-20 minutes so the croissants can soak up some of the egg mixture.

              Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg is set.

                Cool and Garnish: Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
