1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for stuffing)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and then fold the meat around it to form a ball, ensuring the cheese is completely encased. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.

        Prepare the Baking Sheet: Place the stuffed meatloaf bites on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

          Bake the Bites: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside. If desired, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispier top.

            Sauté the Remaining Onion: While the meatloaf bites are baking, sauté the remaining onion in a small pan over medium heat until caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
