Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

6 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, spinach (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12x16 inches.

Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the filling mixture over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

Roll the Dough: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough over the filling, tucking it in as you go to create a log shape. Pinch the edges to seal tightly.

Prepare for Baking: Place the stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the top and sides with the beaten egg to get a golden color once baked.

Make Slits: Using a sharp knife, make a few diagonal slits on top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.

Let it Rest: Once out of the oven, let the stromboli rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve: Slice into sections and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley. Add extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping!
