1 pound rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 1 lb)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12 x 16 inches in size.

        Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

          Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one long side and rolling tightly. Pinch the ends and seams to seal the stromboli.

            Transfer the stromboli to the lined baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and make a few slashes across the top to allow steam to escape.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown.

                Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
