1 can of crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup spinach, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.

      Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

        Take a generous scoop of the chicken mixture and place it in the center of each triangle.

          Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll it up tightly around the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

            Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg using a pastry brush. This will give them a golden color once baked. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the egg wash for added texture.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.

                Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
