Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh raspberries

Sea salt for garnishing

Instructions

Prepare the Chocolate: Begin by melting the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted. This should take about 1-1.5 minutes.

Mold the Chocolate: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Pour about one tablespoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner. Use the back of a spoon to gently spread the chocolate up the sides, creating a small cup shape. Place the tin in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to firm up.

Make the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Add the Raspberry Layer: Once the chocolate cups have hardened, place 2-3 fresh raspberries into each chocolate cup.

Top with Peanut Butter: Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the raspberries in each cup, filling it nearly to the top.

Finish with More Chocolate: Pour the remaining melted chocolate over each peanut butter-filled cup, covering everything completely. Tap the muffin tin gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.

Chill to Set: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup, then return the muffin tin to the fridge and let them set for at least 30 minutes.

Serve: Once firm, gently peel away the cupcake liners from the chocolate cups.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 12

                    - Enjoy these delightful treats as a sweet snack or dessert that highlights the rich combination of chocolate, raspberry, and peanut butter!
