Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional: Fresh fruits (like strawberries or bananas) for filling

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. If using fresh fruits, place them in a line down the center of the tortilla.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.

In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the melted butter, allowing it to coat the pan.

Place each rolled tortilla seam-side down in the skillet and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over them. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the roll-ups from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.

Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining cream cheese mixture, and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top for added sweetness.
