Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 tablespoons butter (for the pan)

Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Fresh berries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) to keep the bites warm while you finish cooking.

Open the cinnamon roll can and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the egg mixture, gently folding to coat all pieces evenly. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes to soak up the mixture.

In a large skillet or griddle, melt the butter over medium heat until foaming.

Add the soaked cinnamon roll pieces in batches to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Once cooked, transfer the bites to a baking sheet and keep them warm in the preheated oven. Repeat the process with the remaining pieces.

When all the bites are finished, drizzle the included icing over the top and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh berries for an extra pop of color and flavor.
