Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Optional: powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll. Cut each roll into quarters or bite-sized pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and pinch of salt until well combined.

Dip each piece of the cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated but not overly soaked.

Melt the butter in the skillet, spreading it evenly over the surface.

Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the skillet, ensuring they are spread out and not crowded. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the bites from the skillet and keep them warm in a low oven if necessary.

Serve the cinnamon roll bites warm, drizzled with maple syrup and optionally dusted with powdered sugar for an extra sweet touch.
