Ingredients

1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 count)

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon butter

Maple syrup for serving

Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll. Cut each roll into quarters.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Add the chopped nuts (if using) to the egg mixture, stirring to incorporate.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered cinnamon roll pieces with the egg mixture, making sure all pieces are well coated.

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the cinnamon roll bites and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

Transfer the cinnamon roll bites to the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are puffed and cooked through.

Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar.
