1 can of cinnamon roll dough (8-count)

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup (plus more for drizzling)

1 tablespoon butter for cooking

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters and place them in a large bowl.

      In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.

        Pour the egg mixture over the quartered cinnamon rolls in the large bowl, gently tossing to coat all pieces thoroughly.

          Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add the coated cinnamon roll pieces to the skillet in a single layer.

            Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

              Once finished, transfer the bites to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes to ensure they're fully set.

                Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with additional maple syrup before serving.
