Ingredients

1 cup coconut water

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

4 cups water

Ice cubes

Lemon wheels and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Infuse the Lavender: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil. Add the dried lavender and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes. Once steeped, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender flowers. This will give you a lovely lavender-infused water.

Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the infused lavender water, coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

Add Remaining Water: Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and stir until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Chill the Mixture: Refrigerate the lemonade mocktail for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the drink to chill.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the Coconut Lavender Lemonade over the ice, and garnish with lemon wheels and lavender sprigs.

            Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

              - Presentation Tips: Serve in clear glasses to showcase the beautiful pale purple hue of the drink. You can also sugar-rim the glasses with a mix of coarse sugar and a little lavender for an extra touch!
