2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup spinach, chopped

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large pizza dough rectangles (store-bought)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

      Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into rectangles, about 1/4 inch thick.

        Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture (about 1/2 cup) on one half of each rectangle, leaving space around the edges for sealing.

          Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to form a pocket and press the edges together to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative look and better sealing.

            Brush the tops of the chicken bakes with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

              Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

                Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

                  Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh basil leaves.
