Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, bread crumbs, chopped cranberries, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and chicken broth. Pour this mixture into the large bowl with the turkey stuffing mix and stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
With clean hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tops of the stuffing balls with olive oil to help them brown in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the balls are golden brown and heated through.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
