Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz large shell pasta

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-6 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, letting it thicken slightly.

Reduce the heat to low and add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Gently fold in the cooked shell pasta until well combined with the creamy beef mixture.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley for color and freshness.
