2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.

      Create the Cream Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low.
