Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, and broccoli florets.
Pour the Alfredo sauce over the mixture, then add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella for an extra layer of flavor.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
