2 large cucumbers, sliced thinly

2 large carrots, grated

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Start by preparing the cucumbers and carrots. Thinly slice the cucumbers and grate the carrots using a box grater or food processor.

    In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

      Add the sliced cucumbers and grated carrots to the bowl with the dressing. Gently fold the vegetables into the dressing, ensuring they are well coated.
