Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully slice the lobster tails down the middle using kitchen shears. This will help expose the meat for cooking.

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted and fully incorporated.

Place the lobster tails in a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce evenly over the lobster meat.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh touch.

Serve the lobster tails with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
