Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully split the top of each lobster tail in half lengthwise using kitchen shears, exposing the meat. Slightly pull the meat up and away from the shell for better presentation and cooking.

Place the prepared lobster tails in a baking dish, shell side down.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.

Stir in the smoked paprika and lemon juice; cook for another minute.

Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce evenly over the lobster tails, ensuring they are generously coated.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute before garnishing with chopped parsley.

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster tails in the baking dish or transfer them to individual plates. Drizzle extra sauce on top and add lemon wedges on the side for a pop of color. Enjoy!
