500g chicken breast, cubed

2 medium zucchinis, sliced

1 large onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.

    Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

      Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cubed chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

        Once the chicken is cooked through, stir in the sliced zucchinis and cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

          Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.

            Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the sauce to simmer for an additional 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

              Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired.

                Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
