1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a kick)

Vegetable oil, for frying

Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to absorb.

    Set Up Breading Station: In three separate bowls, set up your breading station. In the first bowl, add the flour. In the second bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

      Bread the Chicken: Take a piece of chicken, dip it into the flour to coat, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off. Finally, coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it gently to adhere. Repeat until all chicken pieces are breaded.
