Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 cup chicken broth

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup ranch dressing

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

12 oz penne pasta

1/2 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the buffalo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds with a fork.

Once the chicken is ready, use two forks to shred it right in the crock pot.

Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the shredded chicken. Stir well to combine until creamy.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Stir the cooked penne pasta into the buffalo chicken mixture in the crock pot. Mix until the pasta is fully coated in the sauce.

Finally, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well incorporated.

Allow everything to cook together for an additional 10-15 minutes on low to warm through.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 5-6 hours | Servings: 6-8

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced green onions for a pop of color and flavor. You can also add extra shredded cheese on top if desired!
